Consultation

Transparency is important to us. We don't take on clients without an initial chat to explore if we are a good fit for your business. During our consultation, we explore your business needs and give an honest overview on how we can help.
 
Onboarding

Once you have selected your package, you will receive access to your client portal and an onboarding questionnaire to collect all the information we will need to connect to your channels within the first three days so we can begin planning your strategy. 
 
Planning
​
We spend the next 10-15 days researching your business, your industry and planning out your content strategy. Our first set of deliverables include your editorial calendar for the next two months and two weeks of content for approval.
 
Kick-Off
​
Once your plan is complete, you will receive access to your confidential project management board to review and approve your content. We will have a kick-off meeting to discuss the workflow process and Q/A to ensure a smooth start before executing tasks.
